Well as far as I know that gar ne aaaaaaaaaaah is ****, it has wax in it that at first makes the hair all nice and non frizzy and shiney... but then build up occurs and more build up occurs.

If I was to suggest anything Aveda put out an entire line for curly hair called - Be Curly - Its great! And smells awesome!

If you have curly hair like I do you have to keep as much moisture in your hair as possible. Over the counter just doesn't really cut it when you have beautiful curly hair! So do your hair a favor and go to a salon and do it right. Its really not that much more expensive and lasts much longer than over the counter.

+Don't you dare shampoo your hair more than every other day, if you need to restyle it just wet it, don't wash!

Use a salon quality product. I know that they are more expensive but a lot of the drug store brands (like garnier and panteen) just coat your hair in silicon or something and don't really do anything for you. Try Aveda- Be Curly or try the Matrix Curl Life system (It comes in bright green bottles). Redken Fresh Curls is great too!! Also, Matrix has a few different lines that I've used which work great! Try to switch what product you're using every once in awhile because any product I've used long term after a while made my hair dull. But if you switch every other month it always works great.

Use anti-frizz hairspray. It will help. Use it in the morning. If there is anti-friz shampoo and conditioner. Buy it. Try Deep conditioner. i use it. its really good. Use the Curly type. It helps it look cuter.

I use to have a perm and it looks soo cute after the shower, and then in the day, it frizzes up too. I just pulled my hair up in a pony hair and hairspray it or pull it up half way, slanted a little. Like a cheerleader. Thats when I had a perm, now my hair is back to normal, nice and striaght. But curly hair is soo cute, but its hard to handle. lolz

Hi. I have very long curly hair. My hair looks like it's a relaxed spiral perm. I turn a lot of heads because of how my hair looks. I am told all the time how pretty it is, I think it matches me perfectly. My personality is very feminine, and I am very earthy. I love earth tones and don't like to wear makeup very much. However, when I go to a store to find business clothes, all the suits are tailored for girls with short hairstyles, clean cuts, crisp looks. I cannot pull that off, not with my hippie type aura. I definately will not cut my hair, I am looking for a style of clothing that will compliment my natural beauty, tones that are soft, and earthy. I want to look professional, but I do not want to look like a 'suit'. I'm having a hard time finding clothing for work based on the type of person I am. I am most comfortable in cottons, loose clothing and sandles. However, I need to go a bit more professional. Any ideas would be helpful. Web links or such. Thanks so much.

first off, designer don't make outfits for a specific hair style. it's for a specific body type.

i think you just have'nt found an outfit that you like.

i have long curly hair too and dont wear makeup but im very feminine and i feel competely fine in wearing business clothes because its all about how you feel and present yourself.

be confindent and anything should look decent on anyone.

plus they have earthy tone business suits, or just nice khaki pants with a white shirt and jacket with flats or heels.

Use curling irons or straighteners if you have them and put hairspray or curling spray on to make it hold. Apart from heat appliances like that, there's no way you can get quick curls from dry straight hair... sorry!

ya my hair looks messy scrunched too. anyway, @ night, once u get out of the shower, make sure your hair is DRY, or else it wont work. then tell someone to put FRENCH braids on the sides and in the middle of your head. make sure they are TIGHT (not so tight that it hurts u, but ya, tight). and then if u have any, put some curling spray on the braids. then in the morning take them out and spray the curling spray on your hair again. and there u have it! :)

P.S. Mousse does NOT work %26amp; neither does curling irons

P.S.S. really try it! I do it to my hair all the time! it really works :)

braid your hair when it is towel dry, spray in some curling spray, go to bed, wake up take out the braids spray agian with curling spray. looks great. (it is more wavy then curly, but is really cute (= %26lt;3 )

I suppose the obvious answer would be to use diferrent, special shampoos. but as a frizz sufferer myself, i strongly reccommend the Nicky Clarke range. Follow all the steps on the bottles for about two weeks, and the frizz does become sleeker and more manageable. And no, i am not an advertiser for Nicky Clarke, i just happen to think his products are great.You might want to try the Frizz ease emergency spray as well, can often work wonders in emergencies. Use hot rollers! Love 'em! Also, what I sometimes do is I use Herbal Essences Body Envy shampoo and conditioner, and blow-dry it with the diffuser, moving the drier in circles underneath the hair.

It seems like nothing really looks good on me bc it's off set by my curly hair...the thing that worked at a party i went to, well kinda, i wore a wife beater and i had an aerosoft gun so i was one of the "boondock saints"....someone said i could be Richard Simmons and that that would be hilarious BUT i dont wanna look like a fag, i wanna have fun at this party...i need a costume that actually makes me look good so that at the party i can get girls and have fun haha...

wear a green shirt and draw a big "P" on it, then paint one of your eyes black, and you will be a black eyed pea.
