i have super curly hair and i want to know some really good ways to style it. my hair already has alot of volume so i dont need any of that. i just want calm pretty almost spiraly curls.

My daughter has extremely tight spiral curls....I love it! However I know that it can sometimes be difficult to work with....What I do is I make sure to wash it and use plenty of conditioner....then I immediately comb it out....and apply aphogee smoothing serum..it's a clear thick solution....I make sure to cover every single part of her hair steering clear of her scalp...then I use gel....after all that I comb it out again to ensure even coverage and let it air dry....her curls are beautiful!

I tend to have very unruly, frizzy hair. What I do is ,right after washing my hair, I put a tiny bit of anti-frizz serum. Then after that, I take a bit of styling cream, not gel or mousse, and I use it to scrunch op my hair to give my curls a bit a definition. I then let it air dry. Afterwards you can use a bit of spray.

Note: After styling, don't comb your hair! It'll destroy your curls and leave you with a bunch of frizz.

First of all you need to get an good haircut... you cant just do it anywhere, you need to find someone who has a lot of experence in cutting curly hair. Always, always, always, get it cut in layers!!!! Blunt cuts NEVER work on curlheads. Go onto NaturallyCurly.com and find a solon in your area. You can also figure out what type of curl you have, for example i have type 3B curls. They also have some great pictures of curly haistyles and cuts too.

My hair is naturally in tight spirals. I use Bumble and Bumble curl creme and frizz reducer after i get out of the shower. Gel is not the way to go unless you want crunchy dry ringlets. Use a mousse or creme. After that, I blowdry with a diffuser and hairspray.
