How can I get my hair curly ALL over not just at the bottom?

I always do my hair in the morning so it looks nice. I have naturally curly hair but I can NEVER seem to get curls around my roots. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Well I have naturally curly hair too and I go over my curls with a curling iron. Instead of holding the iron down, hold it up from the roots. This will enable the curls to be tighter at the root creating a better curl. Spray a little light hair spray on the hair before you curl it!

If you want to take your curls to the max then use a curling iron for locks. Once you get a curl from the curling iron spray it with a little mist of hair spray so it will last longer.
