The only thing you can do is pin curls and the dryer. If you don't have pins, then rip up a wash rag or an old T-shirt into strips and use the strips as rag rollers and sit under the dryer.

You can scrunch it to make it wavy. Nut if you want it really curly you're gonna have to use curlers or a curling iron.

Put gel or mousse, mousse works best, and do pin curls or barrel curls. Then sit under a dryer. After it is dry then, Brush thru=ough lightly with your fingers. It should work. Good luck.
