do not apply another perm to make it straight. the chances of your hair falling out are extremely high. you will have to wait until the curly perm grows out. in the meantime, you can blow dry and flat iron your hair straight.

Try getting a straight perm. There's probably not a lot you can do.

There are some straightening shampoos and conditioners, but they're more like a head start to using a straightener. Frizz Ease Straight Ahead products work well, those might work. It depends on how curly your hair is. Good luck! 閳?br>How do I get my curly hair (from a perm) back to my naturally straight hair???

Dream is very right your have to let your hair grow out because if you get a straightning perm the chances of your hair falling out is very high. Mayo does not work on your hair all it does is add built up to your hair with all the oils. Good luck

Yes a good conditioner is what you need. Something for treated hair. Put it on and leave it in your hair for 20 mins. then rinse. If you straighten it the chemicals will make it even worse. You can get your hair trimmed that may help some. What you can do is buy a hot brush and use it to smoothe out the hair once it is dry. Try not using a blow dryer when you can. that will help. The least heat you can use the better. The hot brush on medium heat will let you pull the curl out and let the hair relax some. I bet it isn't as bad as you think. Maybe try putting it up in a ponytail or pinning it back away from your face to make it look more natural. Good luck. Thank God hair does grow. I've had mine in some pretty weird styles in my life. Hang in there.

The best is a product called Straighten Out from FX Special effects. You can get it at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS and other places. You'll love it!
